Refund Policy 

Thank you for joining at Tuition-Class.lk. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online educational experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service, we are here to help.

 

Disconnecting the class

We accept disconnecting the class within 07 days from the date of payment to join the class. To be eligible for a disconnection from a class, student should inform Tuition-Class.lk before the 2^nd class of the particular teacher  

 

Generally, the class fees will be for a period of one month and student will have a 2 hour class per week. The total no of classes per month will be minimum 4

 

Refunds

Tuition-Class.lk will take necessary actions to refund the class fees to student in a situation where if our system or a classes teacher is unable to conduct classes within the class time period of one month

Once we receive your class disconnecting notification and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your disconnection of class is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any system or financial handling charges incurred during the initial class room attendance.

 

Changing the class

If you would like to change your subject class or subject teacher for an acceptable reason, please contact tuition-class.lk at your earliest. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the change of class or teacher.

 

Non-Returnable Class Fees

We will not make any refund of class fees for the followings;

1.     Student who have not attended for scheduled classes

2.     Student who have attended 2 or more classes

3.     Student who have not informed about disconnecting class before starting 2^nd class with the particular teacher within the particular month of class

 

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive your notification and our approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
